Grand Tasting-Saturday, June 13, 2026 – 12pm to 5pm (VIP entry at 11am)
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF WINERY VENDORS?
- Set up, maintain and staff vendor booth both Friday (VIP Tasting) and Saturday (Grand Tasting).
- VIP Tasting
- Provide a curated selection of reserve wines, rare vintages, or limited-production wines exclusive to this event. (up to 3 wines)
- At least one winemaker, proprietor, or senior representative must be present to engage with guests.
- Vendors are encouraged to sell bottles directly to attendees.
- Grand Tasting
- Offer a variety of wines that showcase the diversity of the Rogue Valley.
- No limit on wine style-red, white, rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines encouraged.
- Vendors are encouraged to sell bottles directly to attendees.
- Vendors can offer wines by the glass for on-site consumption.
- Ensure all permits and OLCC compliance for pouring and selling wine.
