VENDOR APPLICATION
  • Set up, maintain and staff vendor booth both Friday (VIP Tasting) and Saturday (Grand Tasting).
  • VIP Tasting 
    • Provide a curated selection of reserve wines, rare vintages, or limited-production wines exclusive to this event.  (up to 3 wines)
    • At least one winemaker, proprietor, or senior representative must be present to engage with guests.
    • Vendors are encouraged to sell bottles directly to attendees.
  • Grand Tasting 
    • Offer a variety of wines that showcase the diversity of the Rogue Valley. 
    • No limit on wine style-red, white, rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines encouraged.
    • Vendors are encouraged to sell bottles directly to attendees.
    • Vendors can offer wines by the glass for on-site consumption. 
  • Ensure all permits and OLCC compliance for pouring and selling wine.

$200 Includes

A 10x10 booth space featuring professional backdrop

Access to water and non‑potable ice (available within reason)

One 6‑foot skirted table and one 8‑foot skirted table

Vendor Booth Information

Savor Southern Oregon will provide, included with your vendor fee:

  • 10x10 booth space
  • Booth backdrop
  • Two- 2 Day passes per booth space
  • Water and non-potable ice will be available for vendor use (within reason)
  • (1) 6' foot skirted table
  • (1) 8' foot skirted table
  • Booth signage*

*Uniform signage will be used throughout the event. Outside signage will have strict limitations.


If selected as a vendor I agree to the following:

  $200 Booth Fee (includes 2 Days) *
  Complete OLCC Special Event Winery Application *
  Provide Travel Medford with evidence of $500,000 minimum liability insurance coverage *
  Set up, maintain and staff vendor booth both Friday and Saturday *
