Then let your travels take you to Medford’s 2Hawk Vineyard & Winery. On the first two Mondays in December, gather in their tasting room kitchen along with Chef Mike Hite from Alchemy Restaurant and Bar as he teaches you how to make four dishes. Afterward, sample these delectable creations along with 2Hawk’s wines. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required, so make your reservations soon.

If you’re in the mood for a sit down meal, Paschal Winery holds a CORK ‘n’ FORK Dinner every Wednesday night. The menu changes weekly, but has previously featured tasty meals such as blackened Tilapia and spanakopita. And of course, every dinner showcases Paschal’s exquisite wines. Reserve your space now!
