Bib pickup: Friday, October 14, 2022 at Pear Blossom Park, Medford, 4 pm to 8 pm
Start times: Marathon starts at 7:10 am at Emigrant Lake, Half marathon begins at 8:10 am in Talent, 10k begins at 8:10 am in Medford at Bear Creek Park, and the Kids 1 Mile begins at 10:30 am. Bus transportation to the start of the marathon and the half marathon begins at 5:30 am (full) and 6:30 am (half). The last bus for the marathon leaves at 6:15 am; the last bus for the half leaves at 7:15 am. If you choose to drive to the start of either race, there will be NO transportation back to your car. There is no parking at the half marathon start.

Bib pickup will be from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Friday, October 14, 2021 at Pear Blossom Park, 312 E 4th St, Medford, Oregon. You may pick up bibs for your family or friends if you can provide their bib number. Enjoy a pre-race meal or beer at Common Block Brewing after you pick up your race materials.
MORNING OF THE RACE
Bus transportation to the start of the marathon will begin at 5:30 am. Transportation to the start of the half marathon will begin at 6:30 am. The last bus for the marathon leaves at 6:15 am; the last bus for the half leaves at 7:15 am.
Parking is available at:
Any vehicles parking at Emigrant Lake will have to pay $7.00. There will be no ride provided back to the start to pick up your car if you park at the lake. There is no parking available near the start of the half marathon. We encourage everyone to ride the bus.
Although conditions may vary greatly from year to year, historical temperature averages for race day are a low of 45 and a high of 65 degrees. The historical chance of precipitation on race day is roughly 20%.
Marathon
The marathon will begin at 7:10 am at Emigrant Lake. Porta-potties will be available at the start. We will also have a bag drop for you if you wish to bring warm gear to the start. Drop bags will be available at packet pickup. We’ll have a sign for drop bags at each start line. Bib tags with bib numbers will be attached to drop bags for pickup at the finish. Bags must be dropped 30 min prior to start time. Runners should not leave valuable items in drop bags. To prevent theft, runners will not be allowed in the drop bag pickup area.
Half Marathon
The half marathon will begin at 8:10 am on Clearview Ave in Talent (no parking is available). Porta-potties will be available at the start. We will also have a bag drop for you if you wish to bring warm gear to the start.
10k
The 10k will begin at 8:10 am at Bear Creek Park.
Kids 1 Mile
The kids race will begin at 10:30 am at the finish line in Pear Blossom Park.

The finish line will be located at Pear Blossom Park in downtown Medford. Family, friends and the local community are invited to cheer in runners as they cross the finish line, starting at approximately 8:45 am.
COURSE INFORMATION
FULL: The start of the marathon begins at Emigrant Lake in Ashland, Oregon, continues on the Bear Creek Greenway, and ends at Pear Blossom Park in downtown Medford. Shuttle buses will take you to the start from the Jackson County Fairgrounds.
HALF: The start of the half marathon begins in Talent, Oregon, continues on the Bear Creek Greenway, and ends Pear Blossom Park in downtown Medford. Shuttle buses will take you to the start from downtown Medford.

FULL: You will find aid stations at the start, finish, and miles 1.5, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25. Portapotties will be at the start of each event, finish, and at each aid station. All aid stations will have Water and an electrolyte drink, Vaseline, Band Aids, feminine hygiene products, and toilet paper. In the second half of the course, all aid stations will have fruit. Energy gel will be available at miles 9 and 19.
HALF: You will find aid stations at the start, finish, and miles 2, 4, 6 (gels), 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. Portapotties will be at the start of each event, finish, and at each aid station. All aid stations will have Water and an electrolyte drink, Vaseline, Band Aids, feminine hygiene products, and toilet paper. In the second half of the course, all aid stations will have fruit.

MEDICAL: Medics from our title sponsor Providence Health and Services will be set up on the course and roaming, looking for opportunities to help.

You are welcome to complete the race at your own pace, but aid stations and police support will be withdrawn after 1:10 p.m. Official timing ends 6 hours after the race begins.
All finishers receive an awesome medal and T-shirt at the finish line.
Awards will begin at approximately 11:30 am for the 10k and 11:45 am for the full and half marathons.
