Feel the warmth of a century old historic landmark train station authentically restored as Porters, a casual upscale dinner house, in the heart of Medford’s Old Town Dining District. Porters offers acclaimed prime rib, NW seafood and shellfish, aged beef, pasta, naturally raised Oregon poultry, lamb and pork. The seasonal Chef’s Specials feature the bounty of local farms, orchards and vineyards. Enjoy Happy Hour food specials starting at 4pm in the lively craftsman style bar along with 12 microbrew handles, 25 wines by the glass and the popular Martini menu.

PUNKY'S DINER INGREDIENTS: Almost 50 years marriage, a bushel of passion for great tasting pies and the people who eat them, 12 fantastic grandchildren, 20+ years experience in the food industry, a bevy of townsfolk in need of pies made with love, a mustard seed of faith, a ton of planning and work, a loving nickname by a groom to his bride. DIRECTIONS: Mix the first seven ingredients well and sprinkle the last ingredient gently over the top…and you get Punky’s Diner and Pies!

When Laura and Mike Hogan took over the ownership of Rosario’s Italian Restaurant, they brought something to it, authentic recipes and an unyielding commitment to excellence. Together Mike and Laura have made Rosario’s a place that’s more than just a cut above the rest. When they moved back to Medford in 2001 to be near their family, the opportunity to run Rosario’s seemed like the natural fulfillment of that dream. Laura is Italian and when she needs a new recipe she gets it from her family back in Italy.
