ULTIMATE FOOD AND WINE EXPERIENCES IN SOUTHERN OREGON

Southern Oregon’s diverse wine region boasts flavors unlike anywhere else in the world. But if you’re only sampling wine when you visit, then you're

missing out on half of the Rogue Valley's story.

Exceptional culinary treats complete the tale!

Add these food and wine experiences to your must-do list. It’ll satisfy your heart, body and soul.

Irvine & Roberts Vineyards is an oasis for experiential wine tasting, dining and education, where they host cooking classes led by renowned local chefs. You’ll receive personal instruction from the chef, learn to create fabulous dishes, and enjoy each one with a selection from the vineyard’s wine portfolio. Food, wine and hands-on cooking classes? Yes, please!

Then let your travels take you to Medford’s 2Hawk Vineyard & Winery. On the first two Mondays in December, gather in their tasting room kitchen along with Chef Mike Hite from Alchemy Restaurant and Bar as he teaches you how to make four dishes. Afterward, sample these delectable creations along with 2Hawk’s wines. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required, so make your reservations soon.

If you’re in the mood for a sit down meal, Paschal Winery holds a CORK ‘n’ FORK Dinner every Wednesday night. The menu changes weekly, but has previously featured tasty meals such as blackened Tilapia and spanakopita. And of course, every dinner showcases Paschal’s exquisite wines. Reserve your space now!

South Stage Cellars also hosts a weekly Wine n' Dine event which features dinner by C St. Bistro and local live music. Gather your friends and add a splash of wine, food and music to your week.

Or if you want to end 2018 with a bang, join Troon Vineyard and Alloro Wine Bar & Restaurant for an evening of delicious food and libations. Save the date! The fun begins Saturday, December 29th.

If you have a more champagne taste, we have just the thing for you!

The Oregon Wine Experience is held every August and is one of the largest wine and culinary celebrations in Oregon. The Oregon Wine Experience also offers different events during the year through their Oregon Wine University classes. And on December 27th, it’s time to Bring on the Bubbles!

If you love those effervescent little bubbles, and always wondered what the difference was between a bottle of champagne and sparkling wine, this class will satisfy your curiosity. The Harry & David Country Store team will introduce you to unique culinary creations and teach you about different styles of champagne, how they’re made and what flavors complement one another. Taste the flavors and styles you see on store shelves, and take advantage of special prices and discounts!
