Explore TouVelle State Recreation Site

Experience the best of the Rogue Valley at TouVelle State Recreation area, located along the Rogue River and at the foot of the Table Rocks. There are several large picnic areas for families or groups, so pack a lunch and spend the day!

Hiking and Trails

There is a lot to explore in this 58 acre park. The TouVelle Nature Trail let's you exprience the wildlife and native plants of the Rogue Valley. This 1/4 mile loop features 10 stops with details on the flora and fauna that can be glimpsed at each location. The nature trail brochure gives you a sneak peak of what you will experience on the trail.

Fishing on the Rogue

If you're inclined to bring your fishing pole, there is a good chance you will snag a nice catch from the Rogue River. The Oregon Deparment of Fish and Wildlife regularly stocks rainbow trout and salmon, and steelhead pass through seasonally.
