The food at Bambu is a blend of regional Asian cuisine with our own interpretation. Our menu features mouthwatering flavors from Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Hawaii, Indonesia, and the Philippines.   Bambu is all about sharing. We encourage you to see and taste a variety of dishes and pass them around the table. At Bambu, traditional and conventional are not the words to describe our menu. We hope that delicious, unique and satisfying are.

Just a few blocks from downtown Medford on a lovely, tree lined street, you'll find Cafe Dejeuner, where Chef/Owner Terry Swenson and his wife Louise have been serving lunch (since 1998), and dinner since 2004.Dinner includes delicious dishes such as the Filet Mignon with roasted garlic and shallot compound butter, and New Zealand rack of lamb with garlic rosemary rub and cilantro mint vinaigrette.  The cafe boasts an impressive assortment of wines from around the world, including selections from local wineries such as Roxy Ann of Medford.

Elements is Medford’s first tapas bar, and our philosophy is really quite simple: take the best local ingredients, make wonderful food, and pair it with a great drink. Tapas are Spanish small plates, and it is as much a style of eating as it is a cuisine. Eating tapas is a unique shared experience that challenges the traditional restaurant experience. To eat tapas-style is to eat communally, free from the schedules and rigidity of a traditional restaurant.

India Palace is home to the finest Indian cuisine in the Rogue Valley. Chef/Owner Avtar Singh hails from the Punjab region of India, and was raised to appreciate and to create the most exotic of Indian dishes. Avtar and his wife, Tammy, started the restaurant in 1996, and have received many great reviews, including having been selected for the "Best Indian Cuisine" award by the Southern Oregon Fine Dining Association.

Larks Home Kitchen Cuisine celebrates Oregon: its farms, orchards, creameries and wineries offering dishes that excite and surprise with freshness and flavors. We are passionately committed to offering the freshest & local ingredients possible. Larks celebrates Oregon’s bounty by creating innovative cuisine from scratch. Our restaurant Executive chef, Damon Jones is a master in showcasing opulent seasonal ingredients delivered daily from local farms, delighting visitors with the flavors of this amazing region. Our chef’s creativity is expressed in every daily special.

New Sammy’s has been cooking with the best ingredients for over 20 years: organic vegetables from our garden and other local farms, as well as the Ashland Co-op, organic dairy products, farm eggs, meats from small local farms, and “best practices” fisheries. The handmade breads and pizza crusts from our wholesale bakery use organic ingredients and a “wild” yeast starter, with the dough developing over a two-three day process that gives them a rich flavor that’s both wheaty and mildly sour.

Feel the warmth of a century old historic landmark train station authentically restored as Porters, a casual upscale dinner house, in the heart of Medford’s Old Town Dining District. Porters offers acclaimed prime rib, NW seafood and shellfish, aged beef, pasta, naturally raised Oregon poultry, lamb and pork. The seasonal Chef’s Specials feature the bounty of local farms, orchards and vineyards.
