Medford, OR 97504

2Hawk sits in an exceptional microclimate of Southern Oregon. The dry, hot summer days are quickly cooled in the afternoon with a refreshing breeze that might frustrate the golfers at nearby Centennial Golf course, but truly delights the vines on our 25 acre vineyard. Our vineyard is sustainably farmed and our farming philosophy focuses on producing only ultra-premium fruit for our small lot wines.

The estate fruit is hand picked when optimally ripe and gently fermented and processed in a gravity flow winery to preserve quality. The crisp, fresh varietal character of our white wine is a product of our vineyard practices and minimal handling wine making philosophy. Application of these same principals to red wine production, with additional prolonged cellaring in small oak casks, further enhances flavor and stabilizes the wines.

Experience roads and trails less traveled and uncover the best of what this region has to offer, all based on your own interests and expectations. Let us do the work for you and make your next outing an experience of a lifetime! Bravo was established to help you fully discover all that Southern Oregon has to offer with the benefits of “local insider” planning. In traveling the US for over twenty years, I’ve learned the best (and sometimes only) way to find exactly what you want, and make it truly memorable, is to ask a local.
